Recipe:
Mix 500g minced meat (beef or lamb, depending on preference) with 3 tbsp of the Seasoning Mix for Moussaka.
In an oven-proof dish, drizzle some olive oil over the base of an oven-proof dish and then sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs. Next, lay some pre-salted slices of aubergine so that it forms a nice base and sprinkle with cheese.
Spoon over half the minced meat mixture and then repeat the layers with the rest of the aubergine, minced meat, breadcrumbs and cheese.
Pour a béchamel sauce over the top and then cook it in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until its surface gets brown.
Leave it to cool and serve it. Enjoy!
