Greek Fish Seasoning Mix 75g by 4Vita:

This Seasoning Mix for Fish will give you the power to brighten up the flavour of your fish dish and make it unique. Whether you are roasting the fish, grilling it or even putting it on the BBQ, this fantastic blend of spices will add some delicious Greek flavour.

Recipe:

4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)

2 tbsp Greek Olive Oil

1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup pitted Greek Kalamata olives , sliced

1 can tomato sauce

1/4 crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp of Seasoning Mix for Fish

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C. Place the cod in a greased baking dish. Brush each fillet with a little olive oil and sprinkle with the Greek Seasoning Mix for Fish.

Top each fillet with the green pepper, onion and olives. Finally, pour the tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with feta cheese.

Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.
