Roasted Meat (Pork or Lamb)

Grilled, simple plain grilled without marinades and dressings. Only includes meat, potatoes, salt, oil and lemon, that few materials, but wants art!

Grilled, simple plain grilled without marinades and dressings. Only includes meat, potatoes, salt, oil and lemon, that few materials, but wants art!

Ingredients:

Method:

Wash the meat and add the mixture.
Preheat the oven at 200-220°C.
Apply 2 spoonfuls of olive oil on the meat.
Place it on a tray while leaving space for the potatoes, then add half of the butter.
Add half cup of water in the tray and place it in lower slot of the oven. 
When the meat starts to take colour, turn it around.
After 1 hour reduce the temperature of the oven to 180 °C.
Chop the potatoes in big pieces and mix them with the mixture.
Add the rest of the olive oil, half a cup of water and add the rest of the butter on the potatoes.
Let it cook for approximately for 2 more hours depending on your oven, cook until the water evaporates but keep an eye so the tray doesn't go dry.
If necessary turn the meat around a couple of times and stir the potatoes but try not to break them. Ten minutes before it's done add the lemon or orange juice.
10 minutes before it's done add the lemon or orange juice.
